When will I get my pre-order?
The goal is to begin shipping new units before the end of February 2026. Production schedule:
NOV '25 - JAN '26:
Ordering of electronics components. Production of custom-made mechanical parts.
1ST HALF OF FEB '26:
Electronics boards assembly and testing.
2ND HALF OF FEB '26:
Mechanical parts received and unit assembly begins. Each unit is tested three times before calibrated, packed, and finally shipped to you!
When will I get the invoice?
Valid Commercial Invoice will be sent to you digitally once the package has dispatched. This is in compliance with the laws and international accounting rules.
How many units have been shipped total, so far?
In 2025 we shipped ~3,000 pcs Worldwide, with <0.3% replacement and refund rate combined. We continue being committed to the highest quality and customer support standards.
